Kyle DeRodes
Kyle is the owner of Home Detective, home of the best Kansas home inspector. Kyle is a Certified Master Inspector. He has been inspecting homes for over five years. He received Inspector training from Professional Inspection Training Institute (PITI) where he was trained by a 40 year veteran of the inspection industry as well as completing continuing education training yearly. He is a certified termite and mold inspector and a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). He holds a remote pilots license to inspect by drone. Kyle is also a Certified Commercial Property Inspector and a member of CCPIA.
Colten Kays
Colten has been an inspector on our team since 2020. He has completed training with NACHI (National Association of Home Inspectors). He has many years of experience in real estate and house flipping industry.
Kim DeRodes
Kim is the office manager for home detective. She is also certified in Radon Measurement and mold inspections. She is also a real estate investor and landlord a great asset for home inspections in Kansas City.
